Ovcar/Kablar Gorge

In picturesque and remote gorge that Western Morava River carved between Ovcar and Kablar mountains, Medieval Orthodox monks found refuge from Ottoman invaders. During that time, they managed to build eleven monasteries that, regarding their spiritual value, can be compared with monasteries on Fruska Gora Mountain. 

Early morning departure from Belgrade and Takovo memorial complex sightseeing upon arrival. This complex is entirely dedicated to Second Serbian uprising against the Turks and its leader, Prince Miloš. Short drive to Ovcar Spa and Blagovestenje Monastery sightseeing. Optional climb after which group will enjoy one of the most beautiful views on the Balkans. Optional group lunch and optional cruise are available upon request. Tour ends with  Cacak town sightseeing
